Attribute table not displaying data under Survey123 data tab

I have a Survey123 form that was created and published in Connect.  When I look at the data on the Survey123 website, the data does not appear in the attribute table.  I can click a point on the map and have the data appear in the side panel and run a feature report, but I would like to be able to see the data in the table as well.

Any idea how to fix this?  It is happening with multiple surveys created and published in the same manner.  All the forms are similar in nature dealing with MS4 inspections.

Hi Jacob,

If you are able to publicly share the 'Viewer' Settings for one of the surveys exhibiting the behavior and provide the share url here, we might be able to investigate further.  Another option is to create a case with Technical Support who can assist after requesting additional information related to your XLSForm and publishing environment.
