I am looking for someone to give me a one-on-one crash course on ArcMap and ArcGIS Server. I have been working with the platform for a little over a month and have reach some blockers that I need some assistance with.

Andrea - you may want to explore the Esri Training Course Catalog to search for potentially free web courses on ArcMap although I cannot find any for ArcGIS Server. The unlimited e-learning benefit information is located here and is available to customers with a qualifying product and current on maintenance.

I did find some tutorials for ArcGIS Server here that may assist with your crash course as well.
