Survey123 Link to Collector

Hello,

I am trying to insert a link to Collector from my survey, and I put it in the label of a note but I keep getting this error when I try to save or publish the survey. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I just used the "add link" that is part of Hint in the Survey123 Web Designer.

For the Link I just enter the custom URL - Applink.

If I open the survey in Survey123 Connect, the Excel sheet shows this for hint column.

Can you show or type the code you put in your hint?
