When we setup a style for pages how do we add the names along side the page counter? It would be better if the pages / groups showed below and we could select which form is relevant at the moment.
And is there a way to hide pages?
In the new 3.5 beta you can tap the page number at the bottom and get a list of pages with names.
For the page names there isn't a way as far as I've ever seen to add the name beside the page counter. The best you can do is a header at the top of the page.
You can hide pages by making them relevant based on a question in your survey.
