Hi, I have enabled, and configured pop-ups in my web map but the web app I built with the builder does not show them. Any ideas how this can be fixed? its called Skogaryd Preview map if you wanna have a look.
What browser are you using?
I tested your website with in the following browsers: Internet Explorer 10, Chrome 41.0.2272.118 m, Firefox 27.0.1. In each of these, the pop-up setting in the browser settings was set to "Block Pop-ups." Thus, the pop-up blocker on your browser probably has nothing to do with your issue.
When I click on the red ellipses, pop-ups show up. Is that what you are referring to as pop-ups?
The popups look to be working for me too.

If this is your site Skogaryd Interactiv Research Map then I don't see what the issue is. The popups seem to be working.
