Remove / delete custom images is not an option in Web Appbuilder?

I have added about a dozen custom images in Web Appbuilder and when trying to modify or delete them there doesn't not appear to be a way to do this...

What am I missing?

using imgur urls with the '+' button

e.g. https://i.imgur.com/lD0pD4V.png

But where in WAB are you talking about. In a widget or the app framework...?

app framework i believe... please see the attached screenshot in my op.
