Error: Contact your Salesforce administrator to configure ESRI Business Analyst

Good day!

I installed G2maps in Salesforce and I'm getting this error while trying to access the Business Analyst tab, "Contact your Salesforce administrator to configure ESRI Business Analyst Online reporting for your organization.". Help on this will be appreciated!

Phil,

I would recommend contacting G2Maps (g2maps.support@cloudsherpas.com).  I assuming they might be using the BAO API for their service.

I know the Esri Maps for Salesforce is a product that is 'coming soon' as an Esri product for the Salesforce platform.
