GIS layers for zoning codes

Question

Hello all,
I am looking for GIS layers that have information on zoning codes in several counties in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersy. Those of you who worked with such data before, could you please refer me to online sources that host such data. I need it desperately for a research project.

My suggestion would be to contact the county's GIS dept if they have one.  If not try their Tax Assessors.  Hopefully they will be willing to share the data if they have it.
