Published hosted feature layer not showing attachments for related tables.

Question

I published a hosted feature layer to ArcGIS Online that contains a related table. This related table has attachments (PDFs). I was able to see these attachments in ArcMap but I can not see them in ArcGIS Online. Attachments are enabled for the table in the hosted feature layer. When I click on the feature in the web map and navigate to the related records in the pop-up window it just says no attachments found. Any ideas how I can get this attachment to show up? I would like to our client to be able to see them in a Web App.

I'm not sure this is the same issue. I'm able to see the related table in AGOL. The table itself has attachments that were created in ArcMap using the attachment tool. These work just fine in ArcMap but in AGOL no attachments are seen in the table.

I don't believe AGOL sees a related table as attachments.  You have to add the related records as attachments through ArcToolbox (Add attachments  and/or Generate Attachment Match Table).  I had the same issue
