Graphic Layer Events Not Called in Angualr App

Hello.

I have an Angular app where I need to use Graphic Layers.

The graphics layer events for click and load never fire. I was told by an ESRI analyst that Angular is not supported? Is that true? ESRI maintains two Angular pages.
