IsStreaming Check

Hello,

I am looking for example VB.net code that will show me how to check to see if the ActiveDisplay is still streaming.  There was a reference to an example in the Archived Forums.  It said there was example code with the Build 900 SDK for exporting Presentation Images which included an implementation of the .IsStreaming property but this SDK is no longer available on the ESRI website.  Anyone know of a similar example that they could share?
