Hi, I have problem with data in Oracle. In database using SQL developer I have added new data. Unfortunately this data is not visible in ArcGIS.

I am logged as this same user in both software's. Of course I have committed all changes, even reconnected to DB. Only part of data is not visible. What could be a reason of that?
