I cant add my web map to the GFW MapBuilder Application

I am following this tutorial to create my app: http://s3.amazonaws.com/gfw.blog/Training%20Guides/GFW%20MapBuilder%20-%20Free%20Public%20Account%20Tutorial_FINAL.pdf

I cant get to connect my web map with the application.

Every time I open the Web App´s Settings, the Configuration Parameters are blank as if I didn´t save them. It seems that the configuration parameters are not saved and that is why they are not displayed. (this is the application http://my.gfw-mapbuilder.org/v1.latest/?appid=36a91909b7ad421383027d4bb261820c )
