Thanks much Adrian! After locating the file per paths you provided me, I renamed the original for safety, then created new symbols / “Save as” to create my new default Style! Excellent!

You can probably find it in your program files, here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.3\Styles

(or whatever version number you are using)

And then delete it out. Unless it got saved to your roaming folder, it would be found here:

C:\Users\[your userame]\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\Desktop10.3\ArcMap
