I have Contour maps that I want to change in ArcMap. The first thing I want to change is to keep the contours inside of the U.S. boundaries. I have used a U.S. boundaries shapefile, but for some reason it goes outside the U.S. boundaries. I also want to change the legend so that they are integers with no decimals. I am attaching snapshots of my maps.

you can change the 'label' portion of legend entries to whatever you want
I am still having a problem. I am able to keep my raster within the boundaries of the U.S. but it is not extending to cover all of the U.S. as it should. I am attaching a snapshot of what it looks like.
strange... set the extent manually ( in the extent 'as defined below')
