Not able to add images to OIC

Hi there -

I am new at processing images but am trying to learn how to use the Oriented Imagery Management tool. I used the tutorial and have started building my own OIC. However, no matter how many times I geo-reference my images, I keep receiving an error that the coordinate info can't be extracted. Can someone help me resolve this issue or steer me in the right direction?
