How to get ride of Locks in ArcGIS Data Store Locks in Spatiotemporal database.

Is there a specific error message you see when trying to write to the Data Store? I would recommend running the 'describedatastore' command utility. This will provide more information on your Data Store installation and status.

In additional if you haven't already I recommend replicating the issue and then reviewing your Portal logs. This should hopefully provide more a specific error message.

This is the error I get.
Data store working fine and I can view data. Issue is with writing to it again and create new Analysis.
