Webhooks Authorization for Portals

I am trying to setup webhooks for our survey's with Microsoft Flow. When I try to set it up it wants to authenticate but I can't choose our portal. When I log into the Survey123 website I have to use the https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys?portalUrl='Our portal here'. When I try to use the Enterprise Login I can't type in our portal. Does anyone have any advice to point the request to our portal?
