ArcGIS for AutoCAD
Does this application have the ability to export geo-referenced pdf's from AutoCAD?
I can't find this info on line.

The only place I see 3d pdf writing capability is with the Data Interoperability extension
There is even an Idea to get it supported in ArcGIS Pro https://community.esri.com/ideas/12252-support-export-of-3d-pdf-out-of-arcgis-pro
which presumably means you would have to convert your cad to a format exportable first.
