"Turn right and immediately make sharp left"

Do you mean a different language or are you talking about different wording? If you are speaking of different wording then I am not aware of a way to do that.

Esri will tell you that if they don't support the needed language with their route service then you will have to provide your own. I can be of no further help on this subject.
