Thank you for replying, much appreciated.Interesting, you think this would cause the installer to behave in that fashion, even tried it on another machine, a desktop, just to see if the installs would open. The server is running "ASP.NET v4.0". I'll see if I can stand a desktop up and put .net 2 on it to see if it affects the installer. A bit hesitant to adjust my server for 2.0 at this point. Anyone have ArcGIS for Sharepoint running on Sharepoint 2013?Also just FYI to any others coming across this thread, The script above enables 32 bit apps; however, this may cause your app pools to default to "True" for "Enable 32-bit Applications". Setting can be found in IIS Manager -> Application Pools -> Select an App Pool -> Advanced Settings. If this is set to true, Sharepoint 2013 is no longer accessible and the app pools will be in a stopped state. When opening a sharepoint site you will get a "Service Unavailable" error.
.net Trusted Sites were already set to full.Ran the script and enabled 32bit for 64 with no change in results.Navigate to the install and double click, windows prompts to confirm I want to run the executable and then instantly shows the below error message.
