Revenue and Prioritizing Order Pick Up- Vehicle Routing Problem

Hi Community,
I'm trying to build revenue components into my vehicle routing problem to prioritize order pick ups, but I'm running into model solutions that do not take into account the revenue.

Here are some of my concerns:
1) I've assigned revenues to each order, however, the output assigns pick up/drop off for each order instead of prioritizing which orders we pick up based on revenue. 
2) Why does the model always assign all orders?
3) Is there a way I can add a constraint that says if Revenue is less than Cost do not pick up? 
4) Has anyone successfulling integrated revenue/cost-benefit rules or constraints in the Vehicle Routing Problem?

I am facing similar problem. I would like to mainly prioritize the order of visits based on the revenue. I wonder if you managed to resolve this. I tried to use sequence attribute as function of revenue but again this does not work as expected. I wish there was a way to increase the weight of revenue somehow to impact the solution.
