Automatic Update of a Feature Class

Hello,

I have a feature class stored in a geodatabase, that I need to update every 15 minutes based on the attributes in a separate table. I was thinking of a Windows Service, but I could not find a way to do this.

Does anyone have an idea how to do this?

Are you inserting/deleting features?  Or just updating attributes?  What is the GeoDB (Personal or SDE)?  What database (Oracle SQLServer)?
