Opening widget multiple times

Hi Guys,

I am working on the Custom widget in the web app builder

1. I need a widget to be opened multiple times in the same application and

2. How to open the widget by dragging with the mouse in separate tab/new browser??

Please let me know is it possible to achieve the above requirements and any ideas would be highly appreciated..

No that is not possible. You can add the widget to the app multiple times have a separate placeholder/icon for each.

Thanks Robert but I would like to add only widget in the panel and would like access or open multiple times.

Please help me on this.

It is possible to open a widget multiple times if you set the manifest.json "supportMultiInstance": true,
No it is not possible to drag a widget to a new tab or window. The app is a single window app.
