Hi,
I'm trying to publish a layer to AGOL as Vector Tile. Getting an error.
Feature services are no problem. Any one an idea of why?

Do you have a custom role in ArcGIS Online? If so, check to see if you have "Publish hosted tile layers" enabled. See the Privileges section of this document: User types, roles, and privileges—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation
