I'm trying to set up our new homepage, as the old ones will be discontinued soon. But when I click on body there are no options to add content/blocks. Why is this? How do we add text/galleries?
It looks like some buttons are missing for you. Perhaps you can clear your browser cache and try again.

Cleared cache and tried opening in a different browser but still no buttons appearing?

I'm not sure what's happening here. Contacting Technical Support is the best option.
Opening ArcGIS Online in a new incognito window (Google Chrome) has resolved the issue for a customer.
