Can the MXDs from the default print templates from ArcGIS Online be downloaded?

Patrick,

I am not aware that AGOL uses any different templates from ArcGIS Server print templates. So you have access to them if you have ArcGIS Server (i.e. C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\Templates\ExportWebMapTemplates).
