Are eGDB version changes accessible from the EVW table before "post"?

Question

We have a business group that needs field staff to make changes via collector app, but want internal staff to QC the changes and post to the default version once all changes have been verified. They also want to use crystalweb to create a dynamic report so they can track what changes have been made for that day, before a QC and post operation.

Will the EVW table show the QC version edits before post/reconcile to default?

Will workflow #3 work even if our field staff has no need for offline editing? Is the  "Create a version for each user" option only used for offline editing?
