Web Scene & WAB-3D Functionality

Question

Hi guys. Is there any roadmap for web scene and web app builder (3D) out-of-box functionality that will one day be provided? Such as querying and filtering per chance? I've found this information but curious about future functionality supported entirely in ArcGIS Online.
