Number of published features in ArcGIS Online don´t match

Question

I'm publishing 1091 features a layer in ArcGIS Online using ArcMap and I only can see 991. Has anyone an idea of what is happening?

You should be able to see all features in ArcMap.  The maxRecordCount property in the documentation controls pagination behavior, such as you see in an arcgis.com web map; ArcMap will receive all features in view.  It is possible your service had not finished being published or there was a timeout somewhere in the web.

"By default, feature layers published from an ArcMap document only return 1,000 records. This limit is configurable in the publisher dialog box when publishing a new feature layer or overwriting an existing hosted feature layer."
