Zwarte achtergrond met raster

<\/HEAD>Ik gebruik de ArcGIS iOS-app met kaarten gemaakt op ArcGIS Online. De iOS-app toont deze zwarte achtergrond met een grijs raster in gebieden die niet door een polygoon worden bedekt (zie bijlage). Bij gebruik van ArcGIS Online is de achtergrond normaal wit. Is er een manier om zonder het publiceren van een nieuwe basemap de witte achtergrond in iOS te laten zien? Andere suggesties? <\/SPAN><\/BODY><\/HTML>

I know this does not help but we have the same thing but our background is grey.  Did anyone figure it out?

I'm using ArcGIS iOS app using maps created on ArcGIS Online. The iOS app show this black background with a gray grid in areas not covered by a polygon (see attachment). Using ArcGIS Online the background in the normal white. Is there anyway without publishing a new basemap to have the white background show in the iOS? Any other suggestions?

we have the same problem.
