is there any rule file having both elevated road (on piers) with train ?

I want to create an elevated track (on piers) having trains also on it. Is there any rule file for this scenario ?

The "Rail Guideway.cga" just creates train models but not on piers (Bridge).

Both of above rules doesn't have option for train on piers.
