I have downloaded and deployed WAB launchpad application. I require to add a button with PDF link. Where and what code I would put. Thanks for your help!

Could you essentially just add a link at the top of your screen with the instructions from Robert's post here:

And then maybe customize the style of the link by going through the steps here:

(making it look button-like).
