Can I put ( ) around text in label expressions if I can how would I
put ( ) around this [FROMLEFT] & "-" & [TOLEFT] I put the - between the " "
just cant figure how to put the text in ( ) any help would be greatful..
I'm not sure I understood this correctly... are you using this in ArcMap or with any web apps?
did you happen to try like the following? did it not work?
"(" & [FROMLEFT] & "-" & [TOLEFT] & ")"
you got it right it worked fine, I'm just learning how to do stuff in arcmap
I tried it every way except with the &... Thanks a bunch ..
