I've got Collector for ArcGIS on an Android device and cannot find anywhere how to logout. I need to login to a different Portal. Last time I just uninstalled the app for this but that's kind of a crazy way.
I am also using Collector on Android (Samsung S4) and I have a "hidden menu" from where I can select "switch account". I access the hidden menu by pushing a button on my phone, outside the screen area. Hope this helps!
