Unable to import web map from ArcGIS Online from Insert Toolbar

Web maps are not listed in the browse window when trying to import from the toolbar Insert/Import/Portal/MyContent. However, it is possible to import a web map from the Project Pane/Portal/MyContent.

Seems like this is a bug.
