Attachments send fine from Classic to my 10.6.1 Portal. Attachments through web map work fine also.
From beta, my record get's written to the layer no problem but the attachments never make their way over. No error.
Anyone experiencing this?

We are aware of this issue and working on getting it addressed.
Edit: a patch has been released for 10.6.1 that fixes this
