import codes to Domain in Pro

I have a list of building names in a .cvs file. I'd like them or be the "codes" in a Domain. Is this possible? I use Pro 1.3.

Charlotte - the Input Table location has spaces in the file path. I would remove the spaces or locate the *.csv to another location that does not have spaces in the file structure. Then try to rerun the GP tool.
