Connection Feature layer with PostgreSQL

I shared a feature layer how web layer, with registered data in my server. This feature is in a gdb in postgresql.

I update my gdb but mi feature layer don't update with the new information.

I don't know how i can do for update automatic the information

I appreciate your help

Are you editing data in the Postgres GDB in a version?

Are you sure it did not copy the data to the server?

I have postgres 10, and for the sharing i used the option "reference registered data" in a portal folder and server

Frist, i add to the map the feature, next i sharing the web layer, but this don't update automatic.

I need put more records in the feature
