What are the steps required to use Water Inventory Report with sample data?

I want to create water inventory report and want to test with the provided sample data. I have changed the user name and password on th GlobalLoginInfo.json and run CreateWaterInventoryReports.py. as discussed on http://solutions.arcgis.com/local-government/water-utilities/help/water-inventory-reports/get-started/create-sample/,

But, there is no any folder and features created on ArcGIS Online.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
