just received this book from my boss and either i am not understanding something or i am missing the tutorial data. in the book it asks me to "open the map document Tutorial 1-1 from the location where you installed the book's sample data and exercises". was this book supposed to come with a CD/DVD containing the tutorial data? is there a link or web page that i need to go to to download the tutorial data?
