BUG DirectLineMeasurement3D: wrong level line position on mouse hover when view padding is set

Hi,

I'am using Arcgis JS API 4.6, and notive a bug with the DirectLineMeasurement3D Widget.

When a sceneView padding is set, the level line that appears on mouse over is incorrectly positioned.

Have this bug already been noticed ?

Thanks for the report. We've logged the issue. Don't think we have time to fix this in 4.7, but added to the 4.8 list. Appreciate it!
