rotate map view so north is not on the top?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone has done anything like this:

I have been asked by my user base if it is possible to rotate the map so North is not on the top? Some users are used to looking to an area from a different direction i guess. And they seem to like the idea of google earth to rotate the view.

Any advice or ideas?

In ArcMap if you activate the "Data Frame Tools" toolbar, you will have the option to rotate your data frame by any angle you choose. In your layout, the north arrow will adjust accordingly.
