getting the xyz in DMS format

hi guys!

is it possible to get the coordinates of xyz in DMS format rather than in decimal degrees using certain tools in ArcGIS?

The Convert Coordinate Notation tool in the Projections & Transformations toolbox is what you need.

I could have sworn there was tool to do this "automagically" but I can't find it so in a pinch, follow the procedure here
