Water Utility Data Model

Hi,

just recently we are loaded the LGIM into our ArcGIS for Server Environment. Now I would like to utilize the Water Distribution Network. I downloaded the zip file and looked at the GDB, which is the same as the LGIM offers. However, in slide 5 of this presentation (Presentation "Local Government Management of GIS Data for a Water Utility Marc Rhan." ) the schema seems to be more complex. Ho do I get to this?
