How would I add this basemap into ArcGIS Online

The code is gives me is:

Would I add it as tiles or as an arcgis web service?

  Choose Add > Add Layer from Web > A Tiled Layer >

Use as Basemap: true

Title: your choice

Credits: whatever

Subdomains: a,b,c
