Chart styling within popups in webmap do not carryover to dashboard?

A colleague brought up a dashboard he created that had charts in his popups. The issue is the styling from his webmap does not carryover to the dashboard. The orientation of the pie chart is also different. Is this a bug or is this a setting issue? Thank you!
