Add ArcGIS Server Map/Image Service to MXD with arcpy.mapping

Question

I've been looking through the forums and the documentation but still haven't come up with anything.

Does anyone know if it's possible to add an ArcGIS Server service to a map document using arcpy? Or make a feature layer from a service? I'd like to be able to add services in an automated fashion - via a list of URLs.

You understand completely - but we were hoping to avoid this. I'd love to be able to send back a list of URLs from a web client and add just the services to a MXD.

Thanks for the reply.I usually save the image service as a layer file and add it that way, though I may be misunderstanding your question....
