I have a strange question.
It´s possible control or limit a navigation in a WebScene based on Scale? Or hidden Models if a user navigate much closer?
I want set a minimum and/or maximum visible scale for a Model or Layer in City Engine as same in ArcGIS (sample - ArcGIS Desktop Help 9.3 - Displaying layers at certain scales )

Did you have a alternative solution?
there is no other solution .. it is not possible to limit navigation within a certain region .. neither in CityEngine nor in CityEngine WebScenes.
