I am unable to turn the swipe off in ArcGIS Pro, when I am finished using the tool.

Right-click in the map and click Disable Swipe Mode to turn off swiping:

Idea: Disable swipe by unclicking the swipe button

To add to Jorma's reply, you could right click on the Explore tool and add it to the Quick Access toolbar top left of ArcGIS Pro. By doing so, you don't have to click the Map tab to activate the Explore tool.

Hi,

I had a same problem but I was able to deactivate Swipe by navigating to Map tab, then click the Explore button.
